Guillaume Rochette - Co Managing Director & Founder

Guillaume started a career in retail sales of consumer goods in France, before working in the hospitality sector, and then in hospitality recruitment in 1985, a field he never left. After a successful track record with some of the leaders in the field of international hospitality search, selection and outsourcing, Guillaume created Eureka Executive Search in 1998. From the outset, this boutique company was geared to focus on high-end national and international retained assignments and has enjoyed steady year-on-year sales and profit growth. Whilst coordinating all UK and international assignments, Guillaume's track record in placing management personnel from unit to board and personally conducting executive and non-executive assignments across the restaurant, hotel and retail sectors.

Liz Hartstone - Co Managing Director

Liz graduated from Westminster Hotel School in 1985 and worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts until 1988. She spent the next 24 years with a leading international hospitality search firm. During this time Liz travelled extensively recruiting for some of the world’s finest independent and corporate hotels. She has developed friendships with hotel owners and senior executives at the same time as managing their careers and now acts as a sounding board to many of them when it comes to their own talent selection and management development.

In 2013 Liz set up her own business, Liz Hartstone Executive Search and as well as running her own label she accepted the challenge to set up a hotel division for Eureka, reuniting her with Guillaume whom she worked with 20 years ago.

Julien Dubos - Directeur Général – France

Julien gained valuable experience in the luxury hospitality sector before moving into hospitality recruitment first in London before creating his company in Paris 2001. Guillaume and Julien decided to join forces and Eureka Executive Search acquired the company in 2006. Since then sales have tripled and Eureka Executive Search is now known as one of the leading talent hunting firms for the hotel and restaurant sectors in France.

In addition to carrying our executive search assignments in a hands-on manner, Julien also manages the entire French business. Julien's track record includes placing middle to senior management in leading hotel and restaurant companies.

Ken Sanker

Ken Sanker is the Managing Director of Limecourt Ventures, a boutique private equity provider. He also holds the position of Founder and Chairman of the Selective Restaurants Group and is a Partner of leading Chef Patrons Chris and Jeff Galvin, whose company includes Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Galvin at Windows on Park Lane, La Chapelle & Café a Vin in the City of London and Galvin Demoiselle at Harrods. Galvin Restaurants have two restaurants at the Caledonian Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Edinburgh; Pompadour by Galvin, a fine dining restaurant, and Galvin Brassiere Deluxe, a 140 seat Parisian style brassiere. Selective Restaurants includes Michelin starred Chapter One and Michelin Bib Gourmand holder Chapters, El Pirata in Mayfair and Notting Hill, Ferraris in Bexley Village, Bella Vista in Blackheath Village, and the recently launched Tapas Revolution at Westfield and Bluewater Shopping Centres.


Silvano Giraldin

Silvano Giraldin, formally Director of Le Gavroche, has trained and developed some of the finest front of house professionals.

In addition to working closely with Eureka's hospitality teams, Silvano plays an active part in Albert Roux Consulting. His eye for talent, in-depth knowledge of the market and vast network of contacts has already proven to be invaluable.


Pierre Cassagne

Pierre is the former Managing Director of Hippopotamus, part of Groupe Flo. Pierre, after Hospitality Management School in Switzerland, began his career with Groupe Flo in Paris, where he was eventually promoted to Finance Director before becoming Managing Director, a role he held successfully for 10 Years.


Karin Andersson

Swedish born Karin graduated from Hotel management college in Gothenburg. She soon joined Morgans Hotel Group in London in 2005, working through Hotel and F&B operations. She was then appointed Executive Assistant to the Regional F&B Director. In addition to her PA responsibilities, Karin managed PR and Marketing for the region for Sanderson and St Martin Lane hotels. In 2009, she was promoted to Operations Coordinator at China Grill Managements corporate office in New York, working closely with the CEO, COO and HRD, until joining Eureka in 2011. Karin is a Managing Consultant and focuses on executive search assignments across the hospitality industry, both in the UK and internationally.

After proving to be a successful executive search consultant, able to effectively manage senior relationships up to Board level, Karin was promoted to Junior Partner in 2014.

Sandra Lohier

Parisian born, Sandra grew up influenced by the English-speaking culture and graduated from a Communication and Marketing school in Paris. She developed a keen interest in gastronomy and the universe of world-renowned restaurants by starting her career in Restaurant Management in 2005 working in some of Paris's most popular Michelin starred dining establishments and the Shangri-La luxury hotel group until 2012, where she was Assistant Manager of the Royal Monceau, the 1 star fine-dining restaurant at Raffles Paris hotel. In 2013 she decided to take advantage of her experience of the hospitality and restaurants business sector by joining Eureka Paris as a Recruitment Consultant.

Naomi Crossley

Naomi graduated from Dublin College of Catering before joining Ballymaloe House Hotel in Co Cork Ireland. She then moved to London, working in front office at the Four Seasons Hotel. In 1992 Naomi joined a leading international hospitality search firm where she spent 22 successful years recruiting talented managers in some of the world's most luxurious hotels. During that time she travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia thus acquiring an in-depth knowledge of her client's properties.

In February 2014, Naomi joined Liz Hartstone and Guillaume Rochette with the view to play a key role in the launch and management of Eureka Hotel Selection, recruiting talented managers for the finest hotel properties around the globe. In addition, Naomi will support senior level executive search assignments led by Liz Hartstone Executive Search.

Elsa Maitrehenry

Born in Paris, Elsa moved out of France in 1993, following her graduation from Hotel Management School. She began her career in 4 & 5* international hotel chains in the United Kingdom and in 1998, she started her international expatriate life, working in various Food & Beverage management roles which included openings and a rebranding in China, the Republic of Georgia and the Philippines. On returning to France in 2005, she joined an international hospitality search firm in Paris, where for 9 years she handled the Food & Beverage division.

In September 2014, Elsa was ready for a new challenge and joined Eureka Executive Search in Paris to help develop their newly created hotel selection division, working closely with Naomi Crossley and Liz Hartstone in London.

Mandy Colley

Mandy is originally from Dublin and began her career in Ireland with great Southern Hotels before going on to obtain her Accommodation Management diploma from Regional College, Co. Cork. In 1987 she moved to London where she spent several years working in senior Housekeeping roles with InterContinental prior to joining Rezidor Hotels. Her talents as a trainer being apparent, Mandy was asked to move into a Learning and Development role and subsequently assumed the position of Director of Human Resources at The Portman, a post she held for a number of years. Utilising her talent for recruitment, she then spent 13 years working with a leading hospitality recruitment company, specialising in senior management roles within the luxury hotel sector. Mandy has been an active committee member of HR in Hospitality for over 14 years and is also a member of the Housekeeping Association.

Kim Raynes

Kim graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2002 with an MA (Hons) in American Studies. She was introduced to the Hospitality industry whilst completing her studies, working part-time initially within the housekeeping division of the renowned Balmoral Hotel prior to joining the Paramount Group at The Carlton Hotel on the front desk. Following her graduation Kim spent 18 months as Reception Manager at a boutique property within her hometown of Dunfermline, prior to moving to London to join the team of a leading hospitality search firm. In her ten years with this company Kim focused heavily on Spa and Leisure appointments whilst also successfully completing numerous senior management and GM assignments.

Kim joined Eureka in October 2014 with a view to assisting with the continued growth and development of the hospitality division.

Niina Makela

Finish born Niina Makela joined Eureka in 2015 as an Executive Search Consultant, focusing on the worldwide restaurant sector, covering both management and executive levels.

Equipped not with one, but with two hospitality management degrees from Finland and the USA, Niina developed her skills and career having worked through the ranks, in food and beverage, in high end hotels, restaurants and private members club first in Finland, then in the USA before working for Soho House in Germany.

Her love for the people and the industry we serve led her to specialise in hospitality executive search, with a focus on food and beverage.

Pauline Guillemin

Pauline graduated from Vatel International Business School of Lyon in 1999 and began her career at the Carlton InterContinental Hotel in Cannes as Sales Executive. Aspiring to develop her expertise of the business tourism market, she worked for a destination management company dedicated to international clients. In 2002, with skills in hospitality & events industries, Pauline joined the Business Solutions team of Disneyland Paris specialized on MICE & Corporate markets where she spent 9 years before taking a break to care for her family. In 2012, Pauline was ready to face a new challenge and joined an international hospitality search firm in Paris as Sales & Marketing Consultant.

In July 2015, she joined Eureka Executive Search in Paris to assist Elsa Maitrehenry to develop their hotel selection division.

Jean Cranney

Born in France, Jean is in the process of graduating from the CMH Hospitality Business School with an MBA. Jean gained valuable experience and knowledge in Michelin star restaurants working in Alsace and then developed his hospitality skills when he joined the Hotel Hermitage in Monaco. His passion for restaurants and hospitality led him to Paris and as a trainee, he took on the role of quality coordinator in an agency providing training and analysis on gourmet restaurants and luxury hotels. His second internship was with Yannick Alléno Group, working as Project Manager on different concepts in France and in Asia.

In July 2015, still pursuing his studies, Jean joined Eureka Executive Search in Paris as a Trainee Consultant in recruitment. He is working closely with the team on various Food & Beverage assignments and making good use of his previous experiences and professional skills.

Toria Duffell (1969 – 2012)

Toria started her career with Rolls Royce before moving into luxury hotels. She originally joined Guillaume in international hospitality recruitment in 1995. After a spell of two years with another hospitality recruitment firm, Toria joined Guillaume a second time in 2000. She became a partner in 2003 and played a crucial role in the success of Eureka. Toria was a wonderful human being and a much respected professional by many the world over. We will forever miss her very much.
